Dr. May-Lynn Chu
Medical Director
Dr. May-Lynn Chu received her medical degree from Western University of Health Sciences in Pomona, CA in 2014. She completed her residency in Family Medicine at Aurora St. Luke's Medical Center in Milwaukee, WI. She has practiced in outpatient primary care and urgent care since 2017 although most of practice is now via telemedicine .
Dr. Chu interests in medicine include preventative health, women's health and musculoskeletal medicine. She continues to see patients of all ages and enjoys addressing what makes each individual "well".
Tontania English
Registered Nurse/Aesthetician
Tontania (Tee) graduated from Northern Illinois in 2015 with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She is currently pursuing her Master of Science in Nursing for Family Nurse Practitioner. In 2019, Tontania followed her passion for skin care and became a licensed aesthetician from Estelle Skin Care and Spa Institute where she adopted comprehensive knowledge of medical grade skin care. She received her injector certification from Empire Medical Training and Aesthetic Medical Training and participated in numerous hands-on training and workshops with Empire Medical, Cutera Laser, MDpen and Aesthetic Medical Training. Tontania transitioned into Aesthetic Nursing after traveling as an intensive care nurse. Providing aesthetic treatments is therapeutic for Tontania and keeps her mentally balanced while working in intensive care. Aesthetic nursing has always been her passion and calling. She prides herself in remaining current on skills and knowledge to provide quality service.
